**As Gift Certificates are bought without tax, holder of the gift certificate will be responsible for paying any additional charges of applicable tax. The state tax law is written as follows "Services that are not taxable: Massages provided by or through licensed health care facilities such as hospitals, medical clinics or chiropractors' offices for ongoing treatment of illness, injury or disease."
**Gift certificates do not expire. However, holder of the gift certificate will be responsible for any differences in the value of the certificate and price of service if not used within one year of purchase. This includes the difference of promotional pricing and full pricing if certificate was bought at a discounted rate.
